We’re proud to announce that we are working with CFFF to turn Theatre Peckham into a pop-up Cinema! With live performance events and venues, still in lockdown, since the Corona Virus hit the industry and of course, the world, we wanted to do something. We’re creatives, so we try to create solutions.
For our first outing together as The Reel TP, will be our screening of hip hop doc, Fresh Dressed (2015). It features big names such as Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, ASAP Rocky, and Sean “Puffy” Combs, talking about their reach for freedom of expression and a better life by a culture that refused to be squashed, would, through sheer originality and swagger, take over the mainstream.
We’ll also be introducing local talent who are trying to make their mark in the industry.
We think it’s important to support our local event spaces and communities to ride this storm and hope that you can join us to find a way back to normal.
